AFHEA teaching qualification & new courses in 2013/2014

HIG01S0002_Logo_Primary_Blue_RGB_MV1After having successfully completed the pilot edition of a new training programme for postgraduate teaching assistants (PGTAs) at UCL SSEES (more information on the programme here), I have now been awarded an associate fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA – Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy).

In addition to the course ‘Comparative Politics’ (SEESS3101, 3rd/4th year undergraduate) I will also teach tutorials for the course ‘Politics and Society in Central and Eastern Europe’ (SESS2102, 2nd year undergraduate). I am also planning to run my PhD student workshop on research interviews again in early 2014.
